Didn't work for us. Don't know how people have given 5-star ratings. 1) Firstly, they don't have decent courier options like bluedart or FedEx. Only metro cities get these courier options. 2) No one came to pick up the parcel when we used ecom /delhivery as per their insistence. 3) order tracking link(for delhivery/Ecom) on shopify takes you to DHL tracking page!! 4) New orders are not synced from shopify even after repeated attempts. 5) interface is too complex unlike others and there is no one click booking. 6) You cannot cancel an order on your own if you want to change/ cancel the courier for some reason. 7) Customer support only provides lip service just like other shipping aggregators. We tried this app after reading the positive reviews but it turned out to be worse than the ones we are currently using.

The App charges for all the orders irrespective you generate shipment label or not... In logical case, the charges should be based on the labels created.
Let me give you an example: I have an order which requires hand delivery and I don't need to generate labels. Moreover, there is nowhere mentioned on the App store that the charges are for orders synced not for labels.
Apart from this hidden charging information, the features are good.

A lot of limitation for international shippers invoices cant be printed, returns are not available for international shippers, integrating with our couriers didn't happen as promised.

extremely bad service have been asking them to complete the account setup so that we can start shipping but no one responds. At the end tired of following up and deleting the app. Not happy with the customer support , they are not prompt about the commitments and don't care about what customer wants to do with the app.

Shipway is a huge fraud company. Before activating your account, they call you repeatedly, and they even assign you a POC (point of contact). But after your account is activated and you’ve placed an order, they completely neglect your orders. They haven’t arranged a pickup for me for the past 10 days. This company is a waste of money; stay alert when dealing with them. Afterward, no one will answer your calls, and all the reviews here are fake.
Worst service from any shipment company ever. They will stop your COD remittance and block your account without any reason and they do not have any contact number. You can only create tickets on which they will never reply. Better go for Nimbuspost and Shiprocket at least they will not steal your money.
I am writing this because I had a good experience in Shipway. Although I had issues regarding returns , where it took 1 month to deliver the RTOs, I want to specifically appreciate our POC Shivam Sharma, who was always available for any query and tried his best to understand our problem. He is one of the best people in Shipway. I would recommend Shipway if you are getting started but beware of their RTOs, they rarely come back on time

I have been using the Order Management System (OMS) provided by Shipway for quite a long time now. The system is incredibly user-friendly, efficient, and packed with features that have streamlined our order processing and tracking to a great extent. The real game-changer, however, has been the exceptional customer support provided by Rishabh. His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction have been outstanding. Really worst service my product was caught in weight discrepancy for 350gm they charged 2000gm and they do not respond when i try to contact them
The Shipway Panel is use friendly.
1. Prettly simple design & use-case, covers most of the Logistics Needs.
2. Reports and analysis helps for understanding of your progress.
3. Might face glitches sometimes (but that is resolved by team in no-time)
4. Team is Prompt in response & supportive. (delivery escalations take some Turn Around time)

Shipway is an excellent e-commerce Shipping platform to courier our material all over India with a nominal charges. The application & onboarding process is very simple and easy. The interface is simple and understandable. Order syncing and managing has become easier. Their support team is very helpful in faster resolution of any issues. and KAM MR.NITIN is very supportive and responsible.

The overall panel is really easy to use. Far better than the others in the market. The team is also quite supportive as well.
However the logistic services need to be improved a lot. The KAM support is close to zero if you don't have much orders yet. Hope this improves in future.

I have just started to use Shipway automation, erstwhile Ezyslips and must say that I am really excited to be onboard! It kind of covers almost everything an ecommerce merchant (like us) would require to run our business more efficiently! From order processing, to return and exchange module, to notifications, they seem to have covered a lot of ground. A special note of thanks to their wonderful team, Mohit/Kajal for hand-holding me through the entire onboarding process and also for getting us excited about the journey with them! Best app in the market. We have tried all other app but cannot beat this in everything like rates, service, etc. We have 2 ecommerce website & using this for both the website.
Their Return Automation Portal suddenly stopped working. They don't even respond to your mail or atleast have a courtesy to acknowledge your mail. Have tried reaching out multiple times with reminder. And telling them how urgent & serious the issue is about. When the customer facing Return portal suddenly stops working. Obviously, customers will get furious and it becomes difficult to answer them. Reliablity is what we look when use a third party application. Shipway seriously lacks reliablity. UPDATE on the status: Though the return portal issue was resolved. We found another issue of customer not receiving messages of any notifications. It's almost a week since we've raised this concern and still waiting for the issue to be resolved. They have been charging us for the notifications sent but, in reality no messages were sent to the customers. Their customer support team is responsive but, their tech support is really a mess. They'd a separate app for notifications which we were using it without any trouble. Later they merged it with shipway dashboard. And the whole lot of issues have started occuring. NOTE: Don't just blindly install the app. Have a random checks every month to just see if the portal is truely delivering for what you've paid.

This app helps me to get my return orders back and that's helped me refund or exchange the orders as well!!! Notification at the right time to my customer with tracking details and shipment status is very impressive.
Customer support is very good and they reply to me on my all query, highly recommend.

This App is really amazing. Also the support service is available every time. This helps in running your business in automation. Also Mr Gauri Shankar is always there to help us throughout.
Everyone praises them for their "communication" yet i found it quite slow and ill-defined, there is a clear lack of integration and support for international shops and couriers, however, when contacted to try and implement/integrate some of the couriers we require their response went from "we would like to" to a "we can not" in under a week. Understandable in some cases, but their response was unprofessional and inept.
A service that lacks vision and fails to grow or innovate when needed.
Whilst my experience might be subjective and/or is not universal, it is however the experience i had.

Wonderful app for the users who’s have a direct courier tie-up. The functionality of Syne order from shopify to Ezyslips and in reverse update status of order fulfillment with the tracking number help us a lot and it give us accuracy.
