Super Easy App for Order processing.We are using Ezy Slips since last 2 years and are very happy with functionality and service.

I loved to work with you guys, Great app with great features along with a great team to helping us!! Definitely suggestible to all who are looking for a logistic solution.

This is very good one stop logistic automation. Kajal form support team is great. Currently I am using this app form my 2 store. Really love it.

Invoices and docket generation is now very easy , in just few mins we can complete the work.

This Ezyslips app is a life changer for us. We sell on various channels including Amazon, Shopify and Ebay. Ezyslips fetches all orders on all of these channels and enables us to manage them in one place.

Their Return Automation Portal suddenly stopped working. They don't even respond to your mail or atleast have a courtesy to acknowledge your mail. Have tried reaching out multiple times with reminder. And telling them how urgent & serious the issue is about. When the customer facing Return portal suddenly stops working. Obviously, customers will get furious and it becomes difficult to answer them. Reliablity is what we look when use a third party application. Shipway seriously lacks reliablity. UPDATE on the status: Though the return portal issue was resolved. We found another issue of customer not receiving messages of any notifications. It's almost a week since we've raised this concern and still waiting for the issue to be resolved. They have been charging us for the notifications sent but, in reality no messages were sent to the customers. Their customer support team is responsive but, their tech support is really a mess. They'd a separate app for notifications which we were using it without any trouble. Later they merged it with shipway dashboard. And the whole lot of issues have started occuring. NOTE: Don't just blindly install the app. Have a random checks every month to just see if the portal is truely delivering for what you've paid.

Easy to use an app on a daily basis, gives proper utilization of time.

mind-blowing app for me which help me a lots to reduce my manual efforts in updating the customer address after synced the orders in the Ezyslips app. Team response towards the requirement is highly appreciated.

I think they are average considering most of basic requirements are fulfilled using their app. But unfortunately, we have noticed recently that they are not relevant once your business start scaling up. Hence good for starters with low order volume.
