They don't take responsibility for ensuring delivery of orders let alone in time. Experienced so many losses due to their ill-managed systems. They asked us to raise tickets since they can't respond on call, since they are always "busy in meetings". Tickets don't get any resolutions, and are often closed without so much as a response from the support team. POC's don't respond. They say you won't ...
