It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death.
Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need.
On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes.
On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it.
I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant!

Fabrikator is one of the most robust Shopify apps we've used. They really understand the challenges of a mid to large size e-comm brand and helped us get a handle of re-ordering process
A great app integral to managing all of our inventory and providing critical feedback on stock performance. The team are incredibly helpful if you ever are unsure of how to do something or run into any issues. Brilliant app!
The app is very clearly laid out and the look and feel is perfect. The functions are useful and clearly laid out, and planning quantities is easy.
The team helps you with onboarding and support responds very quickly. All points of contact with the support team were very pleasant.
Only the pricing - as SAAS companies like to do - is a horror. Of course, it's based on turnover again, and it gets damn expensive at the top. I think paying about $6,000 a year is clearly way too much.
We'll see to what extent Fabrikatör helps us and whether we want to use it in the long term because of the high costs or whether we'd rather look for a cheaper but less attractive alternative.
The app is extremely easy to setup and use. The team at Fabrikatör has been exceptional to work with. They went above and beyond to help get me onboarded and the app setup and intergrated with our store.
Started using this after struggling with Shopify purchase orders and excel spreadsheets. Its a game changer and will now be used exclusively. Very happy.
Been using app for a couple months now. We moved from an onsite warehouse to offsite. So, we no longer had our inventory "in the line of sight" which is how we were managing purchases. Running on over 1,000 SKUs.
We are still getting used to some of the functions - but so far the Replenishment function is becoming my critical resource for forecasting and ordering. The app could do a little better at explaining their definitions in the forecasting but it just takes some getting used to.
Integrated POs are also crucial. The one thing to make it perfect would be integrating feedback to Shopify on the cost of the item so that would give us accurate margin analysis. But it has everything else we need.
Support has been good. Questions are answered within a day (we are in the US, they are overseas so that is part of the reason). Some of our suggestions on usability enhancements have already made it into the app.
Overall, solid app for those who have a need for forecasting over a medium to large inventory volume.
A great app for all shops that offer many SKUs and for whom it has been a challenge, as it has been for us, to have all products in stock in the "right" quantity and, of course, to reorder them in good time. Fabrikatör is a really great support for the entire process. From analysing and generating a PO to posting the reordered goods. The service provided by the team is also excellent. The product launch and onboarding process is well supported. I have rarely experienced such a dedicated support team. Thank you very much.
I have exercised considerable patience with this application, but regrettably, I have not experienced any success. Despite the involvement of the team, including the CEO, they were unable to perform what should be a straightforward task—importing my product inventory from Shopify, and more concerning, my sales history. This was even after providing access to my Shopify account. Furthermore, the service comes at a high cost, and communication throughout the process has been slow. My request was simple—just a sync of inventory and sales history. Given these challenges, I would advise exploring alternative providers.

Fabrikatör is specifically designed to help active online stores optimize inventory and forecast sales data integration with Shopify. In this case, the user did not have an active online store and only used the app for four days. During this brief period, there were expectations outside of our core offering.
Our CEO personally reached out to offer help, but the user mistakenly thought he was an "SEO expert" instead of recognizing him as the CEO dedicated to supporting our customers. Unfortunately, the user did not accept the assistance offered.
We made multiple attempts to connect and provide the necessary support, but these efforts were not accepted. Given this interaction and the misalignment of expectations, we question the intent behind this review.
While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, we believe it is essential for potential customers to understand the context and our commitment to truth and transparency.
At Fabrikatör, our focus remains on long-term success and helping merchants who truly benefit from our software, rather than making short-term gains. This approach has enabled us to serve hundreds of brands worldwide effectively.
