I had been dreaming of an app that could help me predict and manage stock better, then I discovered Fabrikator, and it completely transformed our operations. No more dead stock, no more long out-of-stock gaps. It’s also been a game-changer for our cash flow, as we now only order what we actually need.

The team behind it is incredibly friendly and responsive - genuinely the best in the business. I just hope they remain affordable, because right now, this is hands down the best-value app of its kind on the market. They clearly care and do an exceptional job.

As a growing brand, one of our biggest challenges has been finding the balance between demand and inventory. Fabrikator has been instrumental in helping us write smarter, more strategic inventory orders. Rather than overcommitting, which is easy to do when you're trying to meet growth with enthusiasm, we now have the tools to make decisions based on real data and sell-through patterns.

The platform gives us clarity and confidence, allowing us to operate with discipline while still growing. For a young brand like Déhanche, Fabrikator has helped us scale with intention, reduce risk, and stay lean without compromising momentum. Highly recommend it for any brand navigating the early stages of growth.

Recommendation for Fabrikator and Founder Bahadir

As a business that has always prioritized craftsmanship, small-batch production, and tight alignment between demand and supply, our operational model depends on clarity, agility, and reactivity. During a recent period of extraordinary growth, over 400% in a single season, we faced a core challenge: demand was surging, and we simply couldn't get our jackets into the hands of our clients fast enough.

Fabrikator became an indispensable solution at exactly the right time.

The tool allowed us to dynamically communicate expected ship dates on our website based directly on our open POs - without having to manually update each individual product page. This not only saved significant operational time, but more importantly, it created a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. They always knew when to expect their orders, which meant no surprises, no confusion, and no flood of customer service inquiries.

Thanks to Fabrikator, we were able to scale our pre-order model with confidence, precision, and most importantly, grace - preserving the close relationship we have with our customers while allowing other parts of our business to remain focused and undistracted. It delivered real customer ecstasy at a moment of intense growth, and we truly have Bahadir and his team to thank for that.

We wholeheartedly recommend Fabrikator to any brand operating on Shopify that values precision, proactive communication, and operational efficiency, especially in a made-to-order or demand-led model.

We use Fabrikator since around 6 months for our fashion brand to forecast, optimize inventory and manage supplier POs in one central tool. The brand is part of a ecomm holding company and we will use Fabrikator for our other brands as well. So far Fabrikator works really well for us. We moved from a combination of Stocky and Google Sheets and are not looking back. The new planning feature helps us planning a complete season cycle with multiple categories and suppliers - although the data needs some fine tuning after exporting but thats okay for us. PO management is easy & straightforward. We see the team is adding features and developing the tool further which gives us trust to use it long-term. The customer service is top notch and Bahadir and Egemen are there when you need them.

Fabrikatör has proven to be extremely helpful for us, especially in managing purchase orders and improving inventory forecasting. It's easy to use, convenient, and packed with valuable features that are continuously being updated. The support team has been excellent—whenever we've had any issues, they've responded quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!
