can you help me i all ready delete the app but the message button still in my shopify store i want to re install but the other button appear. now i delete again but still the 1 button of message logo cant erase pls help me

I have checked, Our app not need to add script or code to theme so it's not the icon from our app, maybe it's script embed on theme or other app.

Thanks for your feedback. The cause due to Age restriction in Facebook page. This is Facebook's policy: If your Page has age or country restrictions set in Page settings, the customer chat plugin will not render for users who are not logged into their Facebook account when they visit your website.

It's like a virus! After removing this app it is still on my website and there is nothing to turn off or delete more! Don't recommend

Last update destroyed the plugin. The system selected arbitrary the facebook page to connect to my store and I can't change it.
