Unfortunately it blocks the checkout button, and no way to reposition the messenger icon.

The chat box does not open inside our webpage. Instead, it simply acts as a button to take you to facebook messenger.

it should not open in a new tab, it is redirecting customers away from my site! Also it would be nice to change positions

Nice solution and great that you can make it more personal with a picture. Tho I don't like that the customer has to get redirected to another messenger page and cant stay on our shop if they want to write us. It would also be great if you could turn off showing on the mobile version and just have for desktop users.
