I used the facebook messenger app as a live communication chatbox on my website to help with visitors who have a problem or a question they need to be answered. This really does what I need well, and can work well with my customers.

Simple smart messenger chat app, I am already using on another store.
When initiating a chat, the user stays on the store, which to me is a must.
NB: If your page does not show to connect, when installing, there's a little instruction, and its easy peasy. I recommend for design usability and simplicity.

Installation is very easy. I will be a great tool to use 24/7. Minimum 100 characters is rather imposing............

I hade a bit issue with the chat shows up on my website, so customers were unable to press the icon. The team quickly responded to my message and fixed it right the way. Now everything works as it should.
