Chatbox was working fine, now it won't open up and I can't seem to get a response from support after trying several times!

All good at the moment, but there is a small problem with the location, the problem is that it appears in front of the cookie bar and covers the letters, I can not put the cookie bar at the top of the screen either, this happens when I visualize it in the mobile

When i chatting with store, chat box being transparent and normal. It repeats when I push to space button every time. Probably this is a bug but I think you have to solve this problem. Have a nice day
