No sweat to install, much much better to default facebook defaults chat. simple and effective interface. Great job for the developers.. just Awesome :)

can't figure out if it works or not. no analytics of how many customers actually use it, will run it for more time

These guys are the best, you should try their all apps. This facebook chat widget is better than others and it is customizable too. Thanks for these great apps.

I used this app but now it is not working at all, chat icon is not displayed but setup is completed. Great! Easy to set up - tested and works perfectly! Have tried other apps but none worked so tried this one and seems great! Would like the option to make the icon slightly smaller on a mobile page? it's a little big for my site but that's my only slight issue :)
