Same for me, nothing happened after I add the page. Plus, it display "faker" rather than the Facebook page's name.

Same here, nothing happened after I register my details, I have a feeling this is a scam app. to steal the data...

Nothing happen after i set up the app. I typed in my Page ID and choose the language and nothing happens. I dont know from where the 5-Star rating come from
