It has been three days since I've lodged a complaint about the App not working and products not syncing. I am yet to receive a reply.
Facebook shows an error that it could not fetch products via the XML URL provided in the app.
I think this app serves a function but I upgraded to the paying portion and I sent an email 3 times requesting help and never heard back. I’m frustrated with the lack of help, but my Facebook inventory is updated by this app daily so I haven’t deleted it.

Works well if you only have up to 1,000 products, I don't think it works for more and did not receive any reply to email about this
