I love dealing with my customers in real time, which is necessary for sales optimization. I cant imagine doing business without it

Seems good so far but haven't had time to use it yet. Just downloaded so I will come back and update after it is used for a week or 2.

i want thank you for this app, very helpful for social commerce, i used this app from africa, this is one of best and useful app on shopify. just want to suggest some improvments
1) add multi-users and dashboard in order to know team work ?
2) add another sales channel such as whatsapp, telegram, Messages by Google 3)translate message with draft order link sent when we create order for customer ?
4) add some features such as appointments
