This app is helping me a lot. Great response and the team is always on time to help. The support team gave me time to connect to the meeting and waited for a long time until I got connected.

Now that I have used the app for a while every time I try and get support it is crickets.
No one answers the email. I did get one email back but it took a long time and now again it is crickets. I am going to switch to another app.
