Their customer service is great as usual and willing to work with you every step of the way to get it setup properly. We just got it all configured with a new Facebook Commerce Manager, and we are now pending approval from the Facebook Marketplace. This is a great addition to have in our Shopify store.
I had a great experience with customer service; I wasn't expecting anyone to answer my chat since it is 10:00pm! He responded within 1 minute and went over and beyond to fix my issue in less than 10 minutes>I would highly recommend this app as customer service means everything to me. My instagram shop is now active!

Great service! Just started using the app. They helped me set my Facebook up with my store! They synced all my products to my Facebook shop for me! We are working on getting Instagram setup now! It has been a smooth process!
