I am extremely impressed with the the help I got today, everything got sorted and this person was kind, professional and patient. He answered all of my questions and resolve my issues. I really appreciate all the help and advice I received.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I'm completely new to online marketing and found this app and figured why not try since I have been wanting to find out how to sell on FB. I got an amazing lady named Shubhangi Nigam! Shubhangi was so patient with me and never got rude or upset when I asked the same questions over and over again. I have a problem with comprehension on some things and Shubhangi actually made me feel like we were just old friends helping one another or something. I am not up and running completely but that's my fault since I don't have my tax info. Would I recommend this app YES and I would DEFINITELY recommend talking to Shubhangi I think she needs a raise and nothing but respect? If the app doesn't work for you don't be upset with the ones who are just trying o help. Can't wait to start selling on FB and once I do I will be back to give another review!! Thanks Shubhangi!

I had some issues with importing products and publishing them on Facebook. I turned to customer service. I got connected with a super patient person, who helped me through the whole site step by step. We were able to fix my issues. I am super grateful for your help!

Anand Argawal provided excellent service. Very quick and effective. Didn't cut corners and resolved all of my questions. Went above and beyond to ensure I was operational and able to scale.

Not only is it free but it's also super easy to navigate, the ease with which the data uploads and can be edited is just awesome! the helpdesk guys are extremely responsive as well which makes the experience perfect.. I would give this app more stars if i could :D

He was very helpful and patient in helping me with the Facebook/Instagram. He is adding me to WhatsApp so I can ask questions at any time which is very helpful.
