Suryansh Singh Chauhan onboarded me onto the app. He was extremely helpful, patient and very professional. I was having a slight issue with getting some of my products to upload onto Tiktok shop. The support desk resolved the issue, a Big thank you to Prabhjot for excellent assistance! The support team is truly amazing! Easy to use once you get a hang of it. Chat support is very helpful, especially when you are onboarding and just starting out. I recommend using this rather than just going at it alone on FB.

I just started using this app, but so far my experience has been very good. Initially I couldn't really wrap my head around how things work, so I booked a video meeting with the representative who kindly gave me a great overview and supported me through. It's a completely free app and it seems the reason behind this is for lead to their other services such as Ad management and dev services by CedCommerce. Which was good to know because it positions this app as a healthy and sustainable app without limits to features.
