I was a bit confused in the beginning as to how to get my product catalog connected to my FB and IG stores, but the chat box support person walked me through it Rishi. He were so patient with me! Great Customer Service! I needed assistance with my new account, they explained everything and made it easy for me.

App is pretty straight forward to set up, was able to sync the desired product to Tiktok Shop. Not sure where the error is but none of my products are available for purchase though so defeats the purpose. History on each item shows 'OpenAPI' keeps updating the available inventory for all my items to 0. I opened a ticket with both Tiktok and CedCommerce to look into. Still waiting to hear back from TikTok but CedCommerce support looked into the ticket for a bit then ghosted me in chat. I got an email later that ticket was closed as resolved..but uhm not resolved. Not really happy with it, maybe I'll try another Tiktok interfacing app
