Great App! Works really well. Customer service is amazing. Specially Akshay. Helped fix the biggest problem I had, with uploading specific products to the Facebook catalog.

I needed help connecting my FB shopping and Kartik was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile with her support. he was very patient with me and took a lot of time with me to make sure we figured out the root cause of the issue and make it done

This app saves me a ton of time adding orders and marking them as shipped. I no longer have to copy address's and then go back and add tracking! I love it. Ashish is a big help! He walked me thru the process of syncing my inventory between the 2 apps and was very patient with me while I ask all my question. He is a definite asset and a pleasure to work with!

the people who work for this app are so incredibly helpful . The app works as it should, and if you have a question and ask it, you get a very quick response back. You are not left to your own devices but are very helpful to provide you with the best service!!! I definitely recommend this app!!!!

App does what it's stated to do. Support is very quick and does their best to be helpful. Just understand that Facebook is not a very transparent company, so getting a straight answer about what's happening can be difficult, as there's basically no communication with Facebook. App developer does their best given the difficulty with Facebook. Connecting to Marketplace could be have better instruction, but again it's not the dev's fault.

I tried to install this app to expand my store’s sales channel. I really like the idea that my Shopify store will get an exposure to FB Marketplace. Arpit was very patient and knowledgeable, he guided me step by step from the beginning of the process. Now I just need to wait for FB marketplace approval and I’m all set up! I’m so excited for this. It’s good to know that their customers service and support team is super fast and reliable. So thankful for them!

This is a tremendous app and service team. They respond right away and take care of any issues in a snap. Running a business can be a headache but these guys are here every step of the way to assist and make my life easier.

Great tool to sync the database between FB/IG and Shopify. The chat support is quick in replying back. Highly recommended.
