I downloaded this app as I read the reviews for integration with facebook and Instagram. The setup has been easy and quick and there has been great customer service; I had instant support to help with setup and great communication to ensure seamless setup.
I recommend this app to businesses of any size, it is easy to use and has comprehensive features.
I liked the ease of bulk uploading from the website to facebook.

Just started using this app. Support has been wonderful. Will continue testing it out to see if it will benefit my business.

You want poor customer support that you cant understand because they are Indian and dont give 2 craps about you then sign up.

Customer support is easy and quick. I contacted via Skype and they solved my problem within a few minutes.

This app is helping me a lot. Great response and the team is always on time to help. The support team gave me time to connect to the meeting and waited for a long time until I got connected.

Now that I have used the app for a while every time I try and get support it is crickets.
No one answers the email. I did get one email back but it took a long time and now again it is crickets. I am going to switch to another app.

I just signed up and the customer service has been fantastic! All of my questions have been answered and with their help I was able to set up my Facebook shop very easily. I am giving them a 10 out of 10.
