Very helpful support team. Still getting used to the app, but so far it is working out very well for my shop.

They helped me work through connecting my correct FB and IG account. Don't know how I would have done it without them!!! Very knowledgeable!

I love this app and all that it has to offer. I have the app with them for Etsy integration and I have been so pleased I felt this would be my best choice for Facebook and Instagram.

The app is fairly easy to install. When I have had questions, customer service has been very thorough with giving instructions on how to make the updates. I would definitely recommend using this app.

I use this app to connect my Shopify to facebook to create a storefront on both our home page and on the Facebook Marketplaces application to be more visible on Facebook. I like how they only sync my catalog items over to Facebook but also help me retrieve and manage my orders within their app. In doing this we are able to then ship using our own services and they will submit our tracking back into Facebook on our behalf. Another great thing to note is that their customer service is superb and as of now FREE!
