We began having issues with orders not pulling into the META app, then when we sent in tickets for support, despite having paid for 24/7 support, it would take days to receive a response. The response would be about our ETSY integration, which had also recently been deleted, but was not an issue. We spent the majority of this month asking for and waiting on answers, leaving customers in the balance and essentially wasting the money we spent on a plan for better service. Requests for a refund after pointing this out were ignored, or we again were asked about Etsy. It was disappointing to say the least, but we have to make the best decision for our customers and finally give up on this app and the money wasted.
CED have supported us in setting us up with TikTok Shop and have made the process seamless. A special mention to Aditi who has handled everything fantastically, could not sing her praises higher!
The app was easy to install, set up was a bit of a faff and not as automated as I hoped (TikTok shop) but after putting in the time to set it up it worked ok. The snag is that the 'free' option is not 10 orders a month but 10 orders in total. So very quickly you have to upgrade. It's very misleading on the pricing page and as you can now sync Shopify directly I decided not to bother upgrading.
The app was easy to install and to connect to Facebook. The issue I have right now is the I cannot delete any of the items from the catalog because: Settings can't be edited!
You only have access to create ads with this catalog. To edit settings for this data feed file, you need to contact someone who has permission to manage this catalog.
I contacted CED, Harsh email me the instructions to delete, but If I don't have the permissions to do it, it doesn't do any good.
Obviously if the app doesn't allow you to do but CREATE ADDS, and not manage your catalog or items, is not something that I will be interesting in purchasing.
I hope that Harsh Yadav is able to give the permission I need to be able to delete the items from the test catalog.
The app works fine but I had to uninstalled because I stop selling on TikTok shop. I uninstall the app 5 months ago and they are still charging me. I have emailed them a few time and they are still charging me. I want my money back. Thank you
The customer service was excellent. Importing products from my store to the cedcomm app was super quick and easy. I was having an issue uploading product to Shopify store and went to the chat and they were able to upload all of my products to my TikTok shop in 5 minutes…. This is a service worth paying for!! Highly recommend! Don’t waste time or money with the other connector apps.
The TTS connections are extremely useful for running your store through Shopify. The support team always on hand to assist with any issues which may occur during set up or even when you are established.
Atiti , At Ced Commerce was very helpful in assisting with shipping details of an encrypted order on my TikTok shop also very helpful and very informative in assisting with connected my products to my TikTok shop there customer support is awesome and I highly recommend using this app as your connecting app on all platforms

My Orders were coming up in the Encrypted form but She helped me with everything and all the Setups.

The CedCommerce Social connector app was a great experience. I was stuck on the onboarding process and the HelpDesk technician virtually assisted me with the set up.
