The support team member I was lucky enough to get connected to, KARTIK, went above and beyond over the last few weeks to help with technical issues keeping us updated and ultimately fixing any and all questions and concerns we had. My representative was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeanle. I wasnt sure how to navigate configuring my account but he made the process seamless. Great teamwork! The app is really easier to use than I thought. It took all of 2 min to upload everything to FB & IG. Very easy to use.

I am just starting to use the app but so far I am genuinely pleased with the customer service! Arpit has been so helpful in explaining what I need to do and walked me through step by step. We have spoken through a live internet call and using WhatsApp. It has been wonderful. He is super patient considering I am still very new to eComm and helping me navigate my way through setup. Excellent customer service - cannot say it enough, as it is rare to find these days!

The app is very easy to use, just download and sync all your products! Customer Service team is very supportive as well :)

It was a little hard for me to use at first, but the support has been incredibly helpful and ultimately turned out to be more straightforward, easier to use, and better supported than the native FB and IG integrations that Shopify shows.
