Now that I have used the app for a while every time I try and get support it is crickets.
No one answers the email. I did get one email back but it took a long time and now again it is crickets. I am going to switch to another app.

I just signed up and the customer service has been fantastic! All of my questions have been answered and with their help I was able to set up my Facebook shop very easily. I am giving them a 10 out of 10.

Just spent a good hour+ with a rep who helped me connect my account. I shared my shared my screen, but my mic didn't work. The rep was so patient and helped me navigate through everything very well considering. My facebook shop is a disaster due to a former app I was using; their app was not feeding/updating my page which has resulted in a big problem. I use CedCommerce for eBay and was very impressed with the set-up process, knowledge of the reps and how patient and helpful they were. Since I discovered my facebook issue, I found CedCommerce also data feeds to facebook. So glad I did.They are working to resolve the issue. I look forward to using this app for my future facebook shop. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I just installed the app. I had a little trouble synching my Shopify catalog,but the customer support was amazing. They were patience and got me set up. This app will greatly help with synching my Shopify store with our Facebook and Instagram shops. This app allowed additional product images to be synched other than just the default ones which I could do with the FB / IG app that I was using. This will help our marketing on Meta tremendously.

Absolutely love this app!!!
Not only is it free but it's also super easy to navigate, the ease with which the data uploads and can be edited is just awesome! the helpdesk guys are extremely responsive as well which makes the experience perfect.. I would give this app more stars if i could :D

Such a nice and supportive customer team. They have been investing a lot of time in order to answer all my questions. They also helped me figuring out how to connect correctly with all social media accounts and to complete all the setup and configuration steps successfully. I´m very confident that as soon as my business is ready to sell on social media, this tool will help us a lot. Thanks again :)

The customer service was excellent. Importing products from my store to the cedcomm app was super quick and easy. I was having an issue uploading product to Shopify store and went to the chat and they were able to upload all of my products to my TikTok shop in 5 minutes…. This is a service worth paying for!! Highly recommend! Don’t waste time or money with the other connector apps.
