A very useful tool if you have a big audience on Facebook/Instagram, also the customer service is really good and helpful.

He was so helpful and guided me through the whole set up process and now I have my products available on FB and Instagram (www.elixita.com). So far the support has been nothing short of amazing.. I had been using another app for this for a few years and it was always so hard to work out with no support and I was unable to tag products.. it was driving me crazy.. we are still finishing off the final set up but I have great confidence that all will be ok with the level of support I have now received.

I was upset that my Facebook shop and Shopify store integration were not working properly. Anand Agarwal from CedCommerce assured me that he would be able to help out and he did a superb job communicating to me each step of the process. Not only was this issue resolved but some issues with my Facebook manager account were discovered and also fixed by Anand Agarwal. He was patient and helpful, which caused me to feel comfortable, and I definitely plan on calling his team again for help in the future.
