I have been using the app for two years or so and I did not have any issues. However, today I noticed some issues with pixel and event tracking on the website and I contacted support. They helped me very quick and effective. I recommend the app to every Shopify merchant. It is very important to have correct tracking data. 5 stars!

We have been using the app since September 2022.
The app works great to push our data to our meta pixel from Shopify.
We had a major issue with the tracking (checkout didn't track) and Ben was able to resolve it within minutes.

Finally, an app that doesn’t charge €300/month – totally unaffordable for beginners. My Meta Ads Manager only shows around 40% of my actual sales, so how are you supposed to know which ad is working and which one is just burning money?
I installed this app and literally had a sale the next morning – and it tracked exactly which ad it came from. Meta showed the sale twice, but that was my fault (I had tracking set up via both Omega and Shopify’s native Facebook app). Support helped me sort it out quickly.
I’ll test it for the next 3 days (love the free trial!) – and if it really tracks everything correctly, I’ll absolutely grab the one-time lifetime offer. Pure gold!

Tracy help me a lot when i need to create a custom event tracking.
This app save a lot of time. Previously, i used GTM and server-tagging manually. It take a lot of time to back and forth with the technical person to install and debugged.
