Tracy The Magician. We were Facing issues with the event score and were unable to understand what to do later I asked for help & Got superb Support from Tracy. She explained the issue and also Solved that for me. She is a real gem, as well as the Omega App, is a Lifesaver. Easy to set up and effective. Hail Omega & Tracy.

Amazingly simple app that allows for very accurate tracking with their Pixel. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and is happy to explain and share best practices.

I was struggling to set up the Pixel as the official app wasn't working, and the manual way did not allow me to set up events due to some error. Samuel from Omega helped me thoroughly and was very nice about it!

It has solved the problem of monitoring status very well for us. The customer service staff are very enthusiastic and patient in helping us. They are very nice and have a very professional team to solve related problems for us. Highly recommended.
