always get fast respond and help from the support, the tracking is accurate most of the time but not 100% but that's better than not having Omega at all. So overall worth it!

Omega was easy to install and is at a great price point. I used the online chat to ask some questions and Joy went above and beyond to help me. She double checked the set up and found a configuration issue. We were immediately able to solve this on the spot with one of their developers. Such amazing customer service! It is early days but we are feeling confident that Omega is going to help maximise our meta ads budget.

The app can be expensive for a complete beginner, however, it is effective and does the job properly. Also, they have got an amazing 24/7 support team.

This app has been a huge disappointment. I paid $250 expecting a professional and reliable service, but instead, it’s been one issue after another. This is the fourth or fifth problem I’ve encountered, and for over two weeks now, I’ve been dealing with an issue that their team has been completely unable to resolve. Rather than finding a solution, they’ve only added to the problems, which highlights a serious lack of expertise.
The support team seems overwhelmed by even basic issues, and the overall level of professionalism is far below what you’d expect from a paid service. It’s frustrating to invest both time and money into an app that consistently underdelivers and struggles with fundamental tasks.
I’m sharing this review to give others a clear picture of my experience. If you’re looking for a smooth, hassle-free solution, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Honestly the best app out there if you want affordable good tracking using capi and pixel. very easy to set up. support is amazing Niel did an amazing job and spent nearly an hour helping me with everything. this is my second website I'm using this app with.
