It's a good app and connecting is easy. When I had a problem, the employee stayed with me and fixed the problem for at least an hour. I am very satisfied with the employees! :D

I had some issues about my pixel tracking and Niel was really quick with it and helped me all the way along. Would recommend Omega really accurate tracking.

Joy helped me out alot. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to setting up pixels and sharing them across accounts. Even helps out with the small nuances of trying to set up your account the proper way. Definitely recommend her!

Very good tracking tool, I had tried another application that did not track my add to cart, thanks to this app I have all the events and customer service is very responsive I had a problem with the initiate checkout session and they resolved it in 5 minutes, I highly recommend!

I have had contact with the customer service of Omega a few times, to get a bit of help while setting up, and to check if everything is set up properly. I have never been helped so good as by the people from Omega. There is always someone active at the chat, and you get helped very well.
