Just installed the omega pixel. It was easy to install if you follow the video with all the steps. I have lett it checkt by Andy and he helped me very well till the pixel worked great. I used the omega app before with another store. The pixel tracks the data really good. In my experience it tracks around 90% of all de data. The only drawback is that you get to see the data fairly late in Facebook. If someone makes a purchase now, you may only see which ad set it comes from after 4/8 hours.

I have been using this way of pixel sharing for a while now, I am always well served, so again today. Tracy Nguyen contacted me personally to report that I had forgotten to add something in the app, after I indicated I would not be on my computer for another 2 hours, she immediately responded super nicely. Exactly 2 hours after that she notified me and was ready to take care of it, this is the service you want. I did not expect this, especially that she saw the problem, which I had not noticed at all. After this, she helped me quickly and well and (if she can) has become my regular contact from now on.

I love the app but what makes it better than others is the customer support I was facing a problem with my pixel so I contacted customer support and ANDY was there to help me then he told me that he would send the case to their dev wish is TRACY she is accommodating and kind and cute also hahaha. so she resolved the problem I had with my pixel and she sent t me photos showing me that everything is working properly I want to say thank you, guys, for the help

My cost per purchase was around $6-10 (sometimes even higher) before installing this app and it has literally gone down to $1 at times. It still ranges from $1 to $5 but something is CLEARLY working with this app. My ads feel like they did prior to IOS14. Seriously, if you're struggling with FB's pixel data not being super accurate give this app a shot. Customer service has also been unbelievably helpful- going above and beyond at times. I haven't been compensated for writing this review or anything. I am just seriously blown away and relieved to see my ads performing so well!

I`ve been using Omega on two of my stores and I love it! I don`t have to worry about untracked data anymore and so I`m able to analyse and adjust my campaigns correctly. The Customer Service is amazing too, I needed their help a few times already and I can definitely say that they`re fast and very professional, they helped me setting up my pixel properly and solved a few issues I had with the help of their development team.
