Omega is much better than shopify's own data tracking and I've used different tracking programs and compared them, so I went with Omega. I had questions about the new program and contacted the online service, and Tracy helped me find the problem until it was completely solved. Tracy was there to help me find the problem until it was completely solved!

I was struggling to set up the Pixel as the official app wasn't working, and the manual way did not allow me to set up events due to some error. Samuel from Omega helped me thoroughly and was very nice about it!

So far, Omega has a decent customer support and I cannot say anything bad about it. I will definetly update you about the IOS 14 thing.
