The customer service is excellent. So far I have had a good experience with the app. I just upgraded to the enterprise subscription. I was told by my colleagues that it would help with my tracking accuracy/speed. I am confident that it will be good.

I've only just started using their app and their chat support is great! They helped me understand which UTMs to insert in my ads, sent me helpful articles to read. I like their dashboard..its another view into my Facebook events that will be helpful in tracking. And they come recommended by others! So far my experience has been great!
