Omega is much better than shopify's own data tracking and I've used different tracking programs and compared them, so I went with Omega. I had questions about the new program and contacted the online service, and Tracy helped me find the problem until it was completely solved. So far, Omega has a decent customer support and I cannot say anything bad about it. I will definetly update you about the IOS 14 thing.
