I just spoke with Tracy from the support team. I asked a question about sharing events with facebook. She helped me very well. Sje even noticed a few problems that I hadn't noticed and fixed them all very quickly. I was very satisfied with both the omega multi pixel program and the support team. They are very professional. Great support, they are very patient and helpfull. The app works really well. I can finallly track my fb ad stats properly again.

I was looking for a affordable tracking app when I was recommended Omega! Tracy- customer support is very friendly and make sure I got everything set up correctly! She is very patient and would clarify my doubts. Even after the setup, she still follow up closely with me. I really cannot wait to try this app out! Very good customer service

Amazing customer support, when you have problems with your Pixel they do everything they can to help you when they are available. The app is also easy to use and has everything you need in a pixel tracking app.

Very happy with their tracking. Tracy was very helpful to set up my pixel correctly. I have tested the app only for a week now. Tracking is better than before.
They have a tracking option to track specific product pages which is great. I wish they had the ability to track specific product pages and non-product pages with the same pixel at the same time. Maybe in the future, they will.
