Probably one of the best customer support out there.
Even though our issue was a little bit more complex and took a few days to fix they follow-up several times with what needed to be done until everything was as it should.

The application seems to be more efficient than the shopify facebook channel to send the data to facebook. To be confirmed in the long run.
