Fantastic App with Exceptional Support!

I've been using the Omega Facebook Pixel Ad Report app for a while now, and it has been a game-changer for my business. The app is incredibly easy to use, allowing me to set up multiple Facebook Pixels effortlessly without needing any manual code. The advanced tracking and real-time reports have significantly improved my ad optimization and ROAS.

What really sets this app apart, though, is the outstanding customer support. I recently ran into some challenges with tracking, but their team, especially Ben, went above and beyond to assist me. They guided me through the setup with detailed instructions and even tested orders to ensure everything was running smoothly. Their dedication and patience were much appreciated!

The app works really well, and the customer service is great. However, since we won't be using it in the near future, we had to cancel the subscription renewal. The customer service said that simply uninstalling the app will prevent the renewal. We will continue to monitor this issue. That being said, I have to say this is a successful and good Shopify app plugin.

I had installed this app before but hadn’t explored it deeply. Today, I ran into some issues while tracking an order. Fortunately, all my questions were answered. Tracy was continuously following up on my issues. Even though I had many questions and needed lengthy discussions, she guided me with screenshots. To test our setup, she even proactively helped us place a test order. Her attitude was incredibly positive and it was a relief amidst my work stress. This software is very smart and makes data viewing very convenient—it’s the best companion for Shopify! I give it a 10-star recommendation!
