Ben Help me making sure my pixel firing right way. everything works good only sad part be careful when you select your plan. i choose yearly plan by mistake and they dont refund but app is amazing. Thank you BEN

We needed a way to send subscription purchases to Meta. Not only did Omega do that, they improved our event scoring, and we're seeing a decrease in CPA. Great app. Great support.

Omega was easy to install and is at a great price point. I used the online chat to ask some questions and Joy went above and beyond to help me. She double checked the set up and found a configuration issue. We were immediately able to solve this on the spot with one of their developers. Such amazing customer service! It is early days but we are feeling confident that Omega is going to help maximise our meta ads budget.

The app is giving completely false / exaggerated conversion data. Now our Meta ads manager says we have more sales than actual sales we made. We contacted customer servie (Jamie), who said we should just delete their app, without even fixing or checking the issue??
This is really odd, especially given the number of reviews. Hopefully someone can get back to us and explain properly what the issue is.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding during the support interaction. The suggestion to uninstall may have been referring to a different app that could be causing duplicate tracking, which often happens when multiple tracking apps are installed at the same time. It was definitely not our intention to dismiss your concerns.
