I finally got everything set up properly and all the tracking issues I had from other free apps are now fixed. After switching to the TikTok Pixel Meta Pixel Feed app, the missing event data problem disappeared completely. Huge thanks to Liam for the support - you made the whole process smooth and easy!

I had issues with my pixel not firing correctly — the Meta Pixel Helper wasn't detecting it and some purchase events weren't being tracked. I reached out to support and Liam got back to me quickly. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through the issue step by step, and had everything fixed in no time.
