After dealing with serious TikTok tracking issues on another app, I moved to Zotek and the difference was immediate.
Their team actually took the time to investigate the setup properly, helped fix the server-side tracking issues on iPhone/mobile traffic, and made sure the pixel events were working correctly again.
What I appreciated most was that the support wasn’t just copy-paste answers — the technical team really checked the setup and helped troubleshoot everything until it worked.
Very solid app if you care about TikTok pixel tracking, server-side events, and Shopify integration.
Liam has always been helpful.

Had some issues with setting up Catalogs for my 5 ad accounts on TikTok and the support has been very active and helpful. I am still yet new so haven't been able to see how good the tracking is but it seems to work good for now.

donot use this app as it had a bug on it which led to site crashing again and again we lost $1000 due to this app should have used other app and paif $$
