We installed Facebook Multiple Pixel to run region-specific ad campaigns and were impressed from day one. The app fired each pixel flawlessly—no duplicate events, no attribution gaps—exactly what our ROAS-reports needed.
What really sets it apart, though, is the customer support team. We had a fairly complex request (dynamic pixel swap based on Shopify Markets). Their rep, Liam, jumped on a live chat within minutes, walked us through the settings and helped us tons!

I don’t understand the point of claiming that your app supports COD forms if the Purchase event isn’t triggered when the order status changes after COD submission. In reality, a “purchase” is counted as soon as a lead is submitted — not when the customer actually pays. This exact same functionality is offered by many free apps, such as EasySell. So what’s the advantage of using your app?
On top of that, your support team gives conflicting information — one person says one thing, another says something completely different. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate your feature request about tracking data event when a buyer purchases in reality.
However, please allow me to explain that when a buyer pays after they receive the order in reality can not be recorded as an event on website, as a result, it's obiviously unable to count it as an event to track.
Also, just to clarify, even the action submit form COD on Shopify website also works in a different flow than the normal flow of Shopify checkout. Therefore, most of Shopify tracking pixels apps had been still unsupported.
In this case, our Development team had been working on a solution to track when a buyer submits COD form on page and now Zotek: Facebook Pixel & Tiktok Pixel can track this event, which is called the "Purchase" event in Report Dashboard.

I just downloaded this app with a trial mindset, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. The Pixel data is very accurate and user-friendly. The customer service is also very professional, answering my questions and providing support quickly, which makes me feel at ease.

It's pretty easy to set up and makes managing multiple pixels a lot easier. Helpful to see events directly on the app. Support is great so far and they are exploring new functions.
The only thing I would change is they route every "help" button to send a message to support chat, which I'm not expecting.
A very well developed app, easy to use and GREAT support response time and assistance. Thank you Liam for this hard work on developing the app, it has made a big difference to my small business and hopefully we can grow using this app and Tiktok ads.

This is probably the best app for installing the Facebook Pixel. I used to use Meta's own app called Facebook and Instagram, but I had so many issues with it. However, this app is easy to use, simple to set up the Pixel with, and it's free. I definitely recommend this app to anyone running Meta ads.

Very good software, it is worth recommending to all merchants, at the same time, I hope it can be more perfect, it feels like there is still a little difference in the data correspondence.
