I don’t understand the point of claiming that your app supports COD forms if the Purchase event isn’t triggered when the order status changes after COD submission. In reality, a “purchase” is counted as soon as a lead is submitted — not when the customer actually pays. This exact same functionality is offered by many free apps, such as EasySell. So what’s the advantage of using your app?

On top of that, your support team gives conflicting information — one person says one thing, another says something completely different. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

This app is simply fantastic! It has really helped me keep track of all my events, even those that don’t show up on Facebook, so I always know exactly where my purchases come from. This makes it so much easier to optimize my creatives and campaigns!

It's pretty easy to set up and makes managing multiple pixels a lot easier. Helpful to see events directly on the app. Support is great so far and they are exploring new functions.

The only thing I would change is they route every "help" button to send a message to support chat, which I'm not expecting.

We’ve had an issue with the Add to Cart event not being tracked properly due to our theme, and the Zotek team (especially Liam) was reactive.

The bug was identified, fixed, and updated within 24h — and everything is working smoothly now.
The support is responsive, and the app is lightweight but effective. Highly recommended if you're looking to track Meta & TikTok events properly.

Had some issues with setting up Catalogs for my 5 ad accounts on TikTok and the support has been very active and helpful. I am still yet new so haven't been able to see how good the tracking is but it seems to work good for now.
