This product is great and makes very easy work of setting up Product Sets from Collections and managing a Facebook Product Feed.

Setup was easy, and now my product info—prices, availability, everything—stays accurate on Facebook without any extra work. Since using it, I’ve seen more traffic from Facebook and even some extra sales.

I installed the app and tried by my own to create a new language feed on Facebook. Unfortunatelly i faced issues and i could't finish the set up. I got really frustared until the team helped me out. Aby, the contact person was a professionist, very friendly and really helpful. I received guidance step by step with photos , screenshots and knowledgebase articles and within 1 day she managed to solve my problem. I recommend this app and in the future i will try the google feed also ! :)

Está com algum problema com os cookies não importa em qual computador eu tente abrir nunca consigo, se consigo funcionar por alguns minutos mas logo depois falha e não tem santo que faça dar certo. No mais o app é perfeito porém é necessário resolver essa questão.

I didn't know how to use this app and create a catalog on the Facebook business manager, so I asked for help and sent them an email, but didn't get any response, unfortunately, my subscription is about to expire, so I had to delete this app :(

very bad. I am spending time for a catalog since 3 days. they don't want give support. WASTE OF TIME

I use the free version of Flexify, it's easy to use and does everything I need to keep my Facebook products up to date. I started receiving an error reporting from Facebook and logged a query with Flexify, Aby replied promptly and offered suggestions to resolve the issue. It turned out to be a problem within my store, I corrected the issue and the feed was up and running again without errors. Great app and great service.

The most underrated Shopify app. Flexify is a life saver when Facebook gives you issues with your product catalog/pixel integration, which it does quite often. We've had this app installed for 5 years now.

Good app and very responsive support! I would recommend using this App to create a catalog. I enjoy the fact that we can add multiple languages in our catalog making it very convenient for us to use.

so frustrating!!! Each time I try and reach out I get a copy and paste answer. Somehow facebook merged an old store with my new store and I got this app to replace my product feed. Now I have to manually go in and redo all of the categories for the THIRD time. Facebook has rejected my products and my ads are suffering for it. I purchased this so I wouldn't have to go through all of my products one by one, and now I have to do it anyway. Even after creating the file in Flexify all of my old products are still in my feed, even though i chose to REPLACE my feed. What a mess!! And right before Mothers Day. SMH

I love this app. This is better than some paid apps. I would recommend this to people with a low budget.

I wasn't able to sync properly my catalogue feed between shopify and business manager, it was a pain. With Flexify is super simple and worked like magic! I was also able to sync the feed with pinterest, to mention a very good customer support.

This is a must-have app if you want to sync your products with facebook, just follow the steps and BOOM, it's done. I've got to admit, I did have an issue, but that was more to do with Facebook (typical), but once I reestablished the data source after deleting it, it all worked...... that's because of the first-class support that was provided. The Facebook marketing is a mind field to clearly understand, but this app really does help. Good luck :)

I was having a really hard time with my catalog. This got my catalog all figured out, and the support has been great for me.

Nice App - Has a nice configuration panel that allows you to place Buy Now button and configure the behaviour of the button. My only concern with this app is that you have to be careful if you want to keep using the free plan. It is very easy to switch over to a paid plan without realising. We had accidentally switched to a paid plan but as soon as we became aware, we approached the Flexify development team right away. Alex was able to reset our plan quite promptly. Good app and good technical support!!

I had some questions about optimizing the feed-upload. Got a real quick and useful answer, big shout-out to Aby from the support-team. Very helpful, gives additional advices, kindly person. That's how customer-support should be! And regarding the app, i am very happy with it.

The issue I am facing in-app is that I am able to use my First feed of the Single collection but when I want to use my 2nd collection The first feed which I have created it also changed. Kindly help me out regarding this issue

I used the app, I could not use it for google custom ads. In Facebook I saw many products that were with out of stock status despite they were in stock. The price is absurdly high for shops with many products. It is easy to work with, but not many features compared to apps in other platforms and very expensive for what it can do. So not good for dropshipping business with many products.

Flexify is an easy to use data feed generator for FB catalog. It's main advantages over the free options are generous free option, reliability as well as the collection & product set sync (just introduced) features.

Was hesitant at first due to a recent comment stating that the team was not responsive. I eventually went with Flexify and haven't turned back. NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL. Had an urgent issue with our product feed and they did not even bother replying! It has already been 2 days!

The app works ok, no fails in uploading to facebook or google merchant, all went smooth, we had a problem with financial charges about image optimizer, after trying to solve this, Daniel proof to be open to solve this in the best way, so i give 5 stars to them. thanks

Always gives a time-out error. It says free up to 1000 products but gives error after 500 products...

2nd time around installing it, PRO version. The feed that generates has more problems reported than the actual free version from Facebook Marketing. No one helps me. Might delete soon unless it gets resolved.

I've been using this App for the past 10 months now. It works great! I am enjoying the free plan since it is doing everything that I wanted. https://mldelicatebeauty.com products are doing great on Facebook because of this App.

using this helps me get more customers i like it for that reason it's expensive but i think its probably worth it if i sell more

I was having a lot of trouble getting my Shopify product feed over to Facebook Marketplace, even after installing this app since they have a known bug that keeps the inventory at 0, however, they implemented a fix that worked right away and now my products are available for FB checkout. The customer service was very responsive (within a few hours) and helped me resolve my issue. Assuming all stays working, I'm super satisfied with this app!

I used this app to create a shopify data feed to my facebook shop. The app is really very striaghtforward. Facebook always isn't, but I was given the utmost in customer service from the Flexify team. Facebook (and Shopify for that matter) should be paying them!
