I was honestly surprised by how fast the customer support team got back to us and actually helped solve the problem — super professional too. Overall, the app works really well. Definitely recommend it.

Flexify keeps pulling in the wrong featured image and there's no way to change it.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Flexify doesn’t randomly select featured images - they are determined by the product images and configuration in your Shopify store. If something looks incorrect, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you check it.

Support team is super helpful and helps to solve issues, even if those are not directly connected with their app by feed in general. We've been using both apps - for Facebook and for Google for some time now and I definitely recommend them

Horrible customer service and support.
I first had the app installed because I used Marpipe.
I've run into multiple issues recently, which there support just don't understand. Tried to explain multiple times, but failed to accomodate a 5min video hook up so I could go over it in detail.

I have been using Flexify for more than a year now and I have to admit they have an immaculate support system. Whenever I was lost for direction or faced any issue they were quick to resolve it right away. I would highly recommend this app for people who want to sale their product catalogue from shopify on meta platform.
