Support team is super helpful and helps to solve issues, even if those are not directly connected with their app by feed in general. We've been using both apps - for Facebook and for Google for some time now and I definitely recommend them

Flexify keeps pulling in the wrong featured image and there's no way to change it.
Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Flexify doesn’t randomly select featured images - they are determined by the product images and configuration in your Shopify store. If something looks incorrect, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you check it.

We started using Flexify because it allows us to use a different image (and aspect ratio) for our products than those used on Shopify. Now, we also use the market and language feeds. They integrate perfectly with our commerce manager and the ads we are running.

I have been using Flexify for more than a year now and I have to admit they have an immaculate support system. Whenever I was lost for direction or faced any issue they were quick to resolve it right away. I would highly recommend this app for people who want to sale their product catalogue from shopify on meta platform.
The app works fine for what it is intended for. Their team went above and beyond to help me arrive to a solution that their app was not meant / designed for. More than the app, grateful for their support and time!
Paid for the syncing to FB service for years from these guys. Shopify made it a free option. Flexify stopped syncing. They didnt notify me as per my settings. They wouldnt answer support emails. Poor actions

We believe that your problem is caused by a misconfiguration that happened when your meta product catalog was first set up – which was not done via Flexify.
Why the issue popped up now, years later:
Meta suddenly started enforcing correct username/password settings on data sources. They now reject feeds with inapplicable username/password settings. You should have gotten an email from Meta/Facebook notifying you about the issue.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end. We can neither prevent, detect, nor fix the issue for you.
But we have tried to reach you several times with instructions on how to resolve the situation.
All feeds have been and are being generated without disruption.
