Works easily and good customer service.

Although Shopify does not make it easy to generate a Facebook products feed, I feel Flexify has done a good job in making the process easier. I feel the app is not the most important thing you get out of the pro plan though: The support is what actually makes the biggest difference.

Highly recommended app if you want to build a full FB catalog of your products and are likely to need help doing it! Only the rather high subscription price prevents me from giving this app the 5 stars it would otherwise deserve.

Great app! Easy to use it took me less than 10 minutes to upload all our products (and we do have many) to our FB catalogue, the customer support is very responsive; when we had some issues with the "feed pagination" feature it took less than 24 hours and the problem was fully resolved. Thanks!

Good app. serves the purpose. I will upgrade to add more products to the feed.

Easy app. Creates an RSS link to your products and Facebook can get updates every hour.

The product works well and does what it says it will do. The issue to be careful of is not so much the product, however that going into using this, you still need to understand what it can and can't address.

Remarketing and the broken standards between Facebook and Shopify and Google aren't magically solved by using different feed apps. They can help tremendously - though you will still need a broad understanding of what is needed and what the various limitations are to ensure success.

Highly suggest also looking into support from digital marketing experts as well to fully scope out the challenges ahead and what can and can't be done to integrate the many systems and platforms out there.

Seems to do what is says it does on the box.

Editing my review cos I found a workaround. Using the app-generated RSS, I imported it into an XML on Excel, where I could manually upload my perfectly cropped pics. Best thing about this app is that it outputs a product ID that is perfectly recognizable by Shopify's FB pixel integration. So ignore Shopify when they tell you their pixel integration doesn't work with DPA, this app fixes it

The app is easy to handle and the support team is easy to reach. Flexify's quick support helped us to fix the minor issue within a day!
