When working is a great tool as you are able to tag your products from your shopify store. Frustrating when it gets disconnected but overall a good tool.

Don't waste your time. There seems to be no way of associating the catalogue Shopify automatically creates, with your own Business Manager account. Been trawling forums for answers (which is never great) and have not found the solution. Shopify silent on the issue. Unless you have a ton of products, don't waste your time and just manually create a catalogue in Business Manager.

Pretty awful! A breastfeeding bracelet hasn't been approved because of nudity and tip clips not approved as they are firearms. Couldn't make it up. Also no way of contacting the powers that be at FB.

FACEBOOK DOES NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT!! Reached out to Facebook for support and get no follow-up, now it shows my ticket to be closed but they never responded to me. This has been ongoing for almost 3 weeks. It's disconnected (not my doing) and I can't get it to reconnect. Temped to remove the sales channel and reinstall but I have a catalog with paid ads using that catalog in Facebook Ads Manager and I'm worried about busting my Facebook ads. Every time I click the app or sales channel in Shopify, I get a redirect loop that sends me back to the main apps page in Shopify.

LEA Bike Rack
First the Shopify App would’nt let me sign in, my password and username was correct. I then had to reset my password (which I didn’t feel like doing, cause it wasn’t the issue) Now I’ve managed to finally sign in, but, just like the other complaints above, I can’t connect my FB Channel to Shopify. Neither on desktop

Getting issues with this app on the store. Won't confirm from Facebook or Shopify side to be able to link it to my store. Keeps telling me to wait 48 hours. So Now I must do it manually and it takes forever!
