it was easy to use, But i wasnt exactly sure what i was setting up. For example, how or where my ad was being presented on Facebook.
Was quick and safe, I will recommend this to everyone, Facebook is just amazing and to sell items, ads from facebook is just the best.
I have no complaints. Easy setup, currently the best solution for the iOS14 situation, pixel tracking and dynamic catalog ads.
Very good and easy to use, it's definitely better thant what it used to be.

I have to really wonder what genius decided to roll this out during the busiest shopping time of the year. My facebook worked just find and now I'm forced to load yet another app to weigh down my store and it doesn't work. When contacting shopify support the support people have the audacity to tell me they provide limited support. IT"S your app. If you don't provide support, who does? It's really outrageous. If I could give this app a zero I would.

Too many errors after adding this. Old pixel is still on fb, unable to edit iOS preferences for new pixel. Unable to change the old pixel in running ads.

I love it, I just think they could simplify a little bit and merge of all the platforms. Loving doing ads here because we can find good market insights
I was skeptical but boy was I wrong. Facebook support helped me connect my store even though we hit pitfalls. I would have given up on my own. Really impressed with the level of support.
The setup was relatively smooth, and easy to manage products. I had some issues where my Shop tab and my products were not appearing on my Facebook page, but Shopify Support was very friendly and helpful.
