Facebook & Instagram

I haven't seen anything that bad in my life. Companies policies problems never end up, and it is impossible to understand what is missing or what document u need to submit. The help desk is so miserable; the only thing they keep saying is ' u need to wait more' and 'company policies'. No one could figure out the section 4 problem. I am paying my workers money for nothing right now, and I don't know what the problem is and how long it will take to fix the problem.

Je trouve que c’est beaucoup trop compliqué, il y a beaucoup de bugs avec le fait de relier les pages Facebook, la tache très compliqué tout en sachant que là je n’arrive toujours pas à relier le camp de shopify a Instagram

cada dia pior toda hora muda as coisas é uma tremenda dor de cabeça mecher ,fora os bug que não param de aparecer cada dia uma experiência pior que a outra

The support team in Philippine is a nightmare to work with

All reply is just copy paste at one occasion they asked for something we just shared

We wasted so much time back and forth with them but got absolutely nowhere

We asked them for a quick video call to fix some issues they asked for information which we provided

they then asked for our contact number for the call which we we provide they then close the ticket!!

Several time they just closed the ticket replying to you but with no solution

A complete waste of time

It keep putting me through a loop when adding my Facebook I need help immediately
