So far so good. Setup appears to be pretty easy, now I’m just anxious to see it run/work. Would be nice to see a “FREE” introductory rate to make sure there are no kinks or issues, but here goes something

Easy to connect and product placing from shopify to facebook. The response and analysis could be improved by implentation of the shopify dashboard.

I couldn't get better help to set up my marketing needs, needless to say how fast and easy it directed me to the end. It would be nice if the app showed a sample video presentation.

Does not work in India.

It's a little hoop-jumpy but that's on the FB side. Shopify's side was far better in terms of UI/UX.

I created a Facebook account with real name and all correct information to use it with Shopify app. This is my first time on Facebook. Just after making the setup with Shopify app my Facebook account was locked forever. I did nothing wrong or bad since I didn't even had time to use my account. I already tried all available facebook forms for reviewing my case, I sent them pictures and identity ...

Rather easy to use even if you are not very proficient with IT

I used Facebook to expose my brand to another social media outlet. The only downside to the 3 -4 week waiting period

This is not the best app. It was working fine for a bit and now it disconnected Facebook and won't connect my FB Store. I can't even do an ad thru this app. Pretty much useless. There is no one to help with this issue. Also, be aware that when you connect, The app has full power over your FB account as an administrator. Let's hope someone doesn't get ticked and delete everything we worked for.
