Facebook/Instagram is one of the worst tools available. Endless errors and issues appear out of nowhere and the support team is absolutely awful. Orders placed through Meta have countless payment errors and I end up having to chase money from customers directly after product has been delivered because Meta arbitrarily cancels them and withholds the money. You'd think one of the biggest tech companies in the world could pull off super basic operations, but no.

If I could leave a 0 or a -5 star review I would.

Dealing with Facebook is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They don't care about small business. If you have a difficult issue - which they cereate because of their stupid system and robots, they will pass you from pillar to post like a ping pong. It is unbelievable how bad their service is. None of the teams want to take responsibility for helping the ''customer'', they just keep passing .

Don't believe them when they say they are here to help. They are not!!

This suck so bad... facebook support team need help none of them knows what they are doing.. this app suck so bad... I used to love shopify but i am now thinking of another platform ... I am losing so much money with this app of facebook i ask for shopify help and i get a respond when im sleeping this suck ! ugh

Our account got banned for life from Facebook after using this app. I even spoke to Facebook on the phone and they said too bad. Would not recommend this or Facebook advertising to anyone. How do you ban a fabric company for policy violations? Did the floral quilt offend someone? Anyways they just banned a 7 figure account and they don't care whatsoever. I am seeing a pattern with the Shopify apps that are built with the actual companies, they cause nothing but problems for the businesses. Moving forward we will be sticking with 3rd party apps, at least they care.

This app is garbage. I had a functioning facebook and instagram store for over 1 year. I updated this app in the past hour and now my stores are both blocked by Facebook that they don't meet their commerce requirements. I sell a very non-controversial product, this is unbelievable!!! This app should have 0 stars and be removed from the store for removing existing functionality. I don't even know how much money I will lose now.

the app Spams my followers with product updates...and there is no way to turn it off! Im losing followers as its getting annoying...

Before the change all of my products were on Facebook and I was able to Tag on Instagram. Now all of my new products are not available. It has been over 4 days since I added new items.

Simply Frustrating Trying to run a Facebook Audience building add but repeatedly getting this message since last 25 days. I quote "
There is 1 error with this activity: A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes" Did spend end number of hours to figure out the problem but absolutely clue less. It does not mention any specific problem to resolve. Tried to republish probably 100 times. but same result

unresponsive. is this still supported? It says disconnected but no settings have been changed and it crashes when i try to rectify
